Andrew Lett Architects was founded in October 2003 by Andrew Lett, former Chairman of Aukett. He was joined in 2004 by Gary McCarthy who is now a Director of the practice.

During his time with Aukett, Andrew Lett was directly responsible for a number of high profile projects for clients such as Sun Micro Systems, Proctor and Gamble, GSK and BT as well as major developments for clients such as Akeler, Rutland, Arlington and Development Securities.

Gary McCarthy worked with Andrew on projects such as the Autoglass HQ in Bedford, Cisco Systems and Clockhouse Place at Bedfont Lakes, Procter and Gamble's HQ at Brooklands, the Equant facility in Slough and Albert Bridge House residential apartments.
